Tofu Scramble w/Mango Sauce

Baby it’s cold outside. Not wanting to venture out on Monday, I combined random stuff from my fridge to make a Tofu Scramble with Spinach, Corn and Mango Sauce Reduction. Came out fantastic. Mango + Tofu = Mofu please
