It seemed like everyone and their mother turned vegan in Governor’s Island today as the line for Cinnamon Snail Vegan Truck remained impossibly long all day. Gillian and I arrived early and got first dibs on this Hoboken based vegan truck. I got Vegan Korean Barbecue on a bed of greens and fresh pita and Gillian got a Portobello Sandwich. It was mega delicious and my only regret was not getting more food before the masses arrived.
