Walking back from South Ferry I stopped by Chinatown to see what exotic fruits are “in season”. Happy to see delicious Durian is back on the rack. Buy it from the Grand/Bowery Durian man who imports quality durian from Thailand, and is the only vendor to open it for you. Here I close my eyes for a few seconds to recapture the puddingy delicious taste of durian I just had. It’s worth another trip to chinatown soon.
